Formula
Yearly = Hourly Rate × Hours/Week × Weeks/Year
Monthly = Yearly ÷ 12
Bi-weekly = Yearly ÷ 26
Weekly = Hourly × Hours/Week
Daily = Hourly × (Hours/Week ÷ 5)
